Senior Leadership Opportunity at Teign Housing

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Hub Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation and contribute to the well-being of our tenants.

In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to our tenants, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve tenant outcomes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the services we provide to our tenants.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve tenant outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
