Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Community Neuro Rehab Team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level training in applied Psychology and experience of working as a qualified applied psychologist within the designated service.

Main Duties

  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and intervention for clients with complex and contentious mental health conditions or learning disabilities.
  • Exercise supervisory/professional responsibility for other psychological therapists and provide leadership in multi-disciplinary training and development.
  • Contribute to service audit and development, evaluation and research.

Person Specification

  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied Psychology as accredited by the BPS.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Experience of working as a qualified applied psychologist within the designated service.
