Shire Healthcare is seeking a Clinical, Counselling, Forensic or Educational Psychologist to work across two specialist schools in the West Midlands region.


Job Overview:
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide clinical support to children with complex neuro-developmental conditions. This will involve conducting assessments and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with complex neuro-developmental conditions
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support the development of our students
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to supporting our students
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress

Requirements:
• HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist
• Experience working with children and young people who have complex needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
