About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality residential care and therapeutic support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care to our young people
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people
  • Participate in recreational activities tailored to the child's interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21
