Financial Systems Specialist

**About the Role**

Axon Moore is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join their growing finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and management of their ERP system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & O.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain the setup requirements and controls within the ERP system on a day-to-day basis
* Reconcile customer demand coming in with customer orders going out and the control processes in between
* Reconcile customer transactions to external bank and credit card payments and the associated control processes
* Control the sales ledger and investigate any unusual customer balances
* Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Manage the company's cash flow
* Assist with the production of the monthly accounts and forecasts
* Help prepare the annual accounts and full supporting schedules ready for the annual audit
* Support the purchase ledger team when required
* Production of ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as required by the directors and senior management

**Requirements**

* Actively studying towards your ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification
* Experience with ERP systems in previous roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 + Study Support
* Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 days at home
