We are seeking a talented Property Sales Consultant to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Sales Negotiator, you will help to build a strong New Homes brand by providing property advice in relation to new homes to everyone from first time buyers to investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times, you will strive to reach departmental sales targets set by the New Homes Manager and Group Sales and Lettings Director.
- Conducting engaging sales viewings and cross-selling additional services.
- Assisting in launching new developments onto the open market.
What We're Looking For
- A talented property sales professional with previous experience and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same.
- Someone with a knack for IT, proficient in MS packages as well as a range of internal systems, partnering this with excellent communication skills to develop lasting relationships and keep our customers happy.

- Salary of up to £25,000 per annum and OTE of £35,000.
