Compensation Package: We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits such as free club membership for you and your family, discounts on our products and services, and flexible shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities: As a DL Kids Coach, your key responsibilities will include hosting games, sporting activities, and art sessions with our members. You will work closely with the DL Kids team to develop and deliver engaging programs that cater to different age groups and interests. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must be at least 17 years old and working towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification. You should be caring, enthusiastic, talented, and love working with children. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about youth development and have excellent communication skills.
