About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Team Member to join our centre team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of our centres and ensuring our lanes are in full operation.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the team and customers about faults and provide excellent customer service with high energy and infectious enthusiasm.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment and centre cleanliness, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of centre maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and centre standards.
