We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to provide support to our Commercial Team based in our Gloucester office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality facilities and property management service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Team in providing a first-class facilities and property management service to our clients.
- Develop and implement robust and efficient processes built on effective risk management and best practice.
- Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Manage maintenance contracts, including scheduling and tracking of sub-contract visits.
- Prepare and distribute letters and quotes to tenants and contractors.
- Conduct quarterly inspections and investigate maintenance issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of heating and hot water, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Full clean driving license with access to a car.
- 25 days holiday and company pension.
