We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Editorial Director to lead our children's co-edition list. As a key member of our publishing team, you will be responsible for managing our in-house editorial team, overseeing our frontlist programme, and ensuring that all titles are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and motivate an editorial team to deliver high-quality titles
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our co-edition programme
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive the success of our list
  • Contribute to the creative direction of the list and ensure that it meets the expectations of our co-edition partners

**Requirements**

  • At least three years' experience in a management role in the publishing industry
  • Proven track record of managing editorial teams and driving publishing programmes
  • Strong knowledge of co-edition publishing and the ability to negotiate with and provide guidance to authors, designers, and illustrators
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
