About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at St Neots Hospital. As a key member of our staff bank, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
  • Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and take pride in a job well done.
  • Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator and have good attention to detail.
  • Be able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
