  3. Identify and address monitoring issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
  4. Drive enhancements in our monitoring services, crafting strategies to decrease downtime and elevate service quality.
  5. Leverage your expertise in API calls, PowerShell, and SQL to develop bespoke monitoring solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
  6. Ensure all monitoring configurations align with industry standards, delivering secure, reliable outcomes.
  7. Act as a go-to expert on monitoring tools, offering guidance and support to internal teams and clients alike.
  8. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in monitoring technologies, incorporating them into our practices.
  9. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of monitoring setups and procedures for easy access by stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience with a range of monitoring tools.
  2. Strong background in configuring and monitoring network devices.
  3. Extensive experience with configuration of monitoring using various toolsets, particularly around network monitoring (Cisco and Meraki).
  4. Experience in developing custom monitoring solutions using API calls, PowerShell, and SQL.
  5. Some experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Groovy, or Python.
  6. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Cloud (Azure, AWS) monitoring and administration.
  7. Experience monitoring a wide range of other technologies (Windows, VMware, Azure, etc.).
