Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Revenue Growth Officer to join our team at Matter.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing contracts and negotiations with customers
You will work closely with our product development team to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
This is a full-time position based in Bristol, UK, with flexible working hours and a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
