Job Title: Renovator

We are currently recruiting for a Refurbishment Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the productivity and efficiency of the cosmetic and mechanical teams, ensuring cost control and consistent quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the productivity and efficiency of the cosmetic and mechanical teams
  • Ensure cost control and consistent quality output
  • Drive innovation and improvement in the refurbishment process
  • Take ownership of results and demonstrate a proactive structured approach to work
  • Inspire and empower teams to create a positive and professional team culture

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Experience of managing people in a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Ability to provide business value and insight based on data and information
  • Experience of cosmetic or mechanical repairs in a manufacturing or automotive environment
