We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Clarke Energy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business growth in green technologies, working closely with our customers, developers, and specifiers to develop identified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet with prospective and existing customers to develop identified opportunities.
- Liaise with external and internal sales teams to propose technical solutions.
- Present technical and commercial proposals to stakeholders.
- Produce feasibility and investment grade audit documents.
- Support sales, business development, and proposals teams across other Clarke Energy territories as required.
- Undertake specific project/opportunity/technology assessments and report back on viability.
- Interface with marketing and engineering functions to develop opportunities and propose solutions to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or similar technical subject from a recognized institution.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
- Good understanding of power generation technologies, project development, and net zero carbon.
- Working knowledge of territory-specific regulation, technical requirements, and standards relating to generation equipment.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

Location: Our head office in Liverpool with the option of home working.
