Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator at Bennett Court care home in Pontefract. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resident Support: Provide support to residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  3. Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  4. Care Planning: Participate in care planning and risk assessment processes to ensure resident needs are met and risks are minimized.
  5. Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
