Sales Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our client's team in Kings Lynn. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in managing internal accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal accounts and customer expectations by delivering outstanding customer service and handling a high volume of calls per day.
  • Determine customer requirements and identify the best solutions in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and ensure customers are aware of all products and services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Desire to exceed targets and be a great team player.
