Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Field Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our customers' equipment in their homes. This is a remote role that will cover the Surrey area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and repair services to customers' equipment in their homes
  • Work with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals
  • Test and maintain emergency lights, fire bells, and fire systems
  • Use electrical and electronic skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Experience of testing fire systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
