About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As a Field Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to our customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of products, including emergency lights, fire bells, and fire systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Work independently in a field-based role, with occasional team collaboration.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Electrical and electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience of testing fire systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces.
