Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Specialist to join our team at Brown & Merry as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
  • Negotiate agreements and progress lets through to exchange and completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or lettings
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
