Job Title: Extra Works Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Extra Works Coordinator to join our team at BGIS. As an Extra Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing all extra works raised on the account, in conjunction with the Helpdesk Administrator and the Engineering Supervisor, to SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating quotes on Astea to client
  • Processing any POs from client
  • Raising PRs and ordering spares or subcontractors
  • Booking in engineers for any OOH works
  • Making sure job is complete and finished to client satisfaction
  • Liaising with client to provide updates/requesting approvals
  • Covering helpdesk for holiday/sickness

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of CAFM systems and SLAs
  • Ability to use Astea and raise purchase orders
  • Understanding of building management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
