Role Overview

The On Call Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client and employee scheduling, handling calls, and addressing needs during weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer client and staff phone calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Work under the direction of the Staffing Coordinator or Operations Manager to make schedule changes and fill caregiver roles as needed.
  • Provide companionship and personal care to clients as outlined in their Care Plans.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and organizational abilities.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Previous caregiver experience.
  • Experience with scheduling/staffing preferred.
  • Weekend availability mandatory.
