Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our planned maintenance team in the Tamworth area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely completion.
- Lead and manage a team of operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and health and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the project manager, facilitating a smooth invoicing process.
