Job Summary:

MCG Construction is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee an extensive remodel/refurbishment project within a live environment. This role involves managing a flagship project focused on the refurbishment, upgrade, and remodel of a live trading area, working during out-of-hours periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver large-scale construction projects in a live environment.
  2. Manage a team of professionals to ensure project completion within the given timeframe.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Monitor and control project costs, resources, and quality.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant construction management experience.
  2. Strong leadership and project management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  6. CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS certifications.
