IT Resiliency Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Resiliency Analyst to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations in the event of a disaster or disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks
- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions to ensure minimal downtime
- Conduct regular testing and training exercises to ensure preparedness
- Provide guidance and support to IT teams on disaster recovery best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT disaster recovery and business continuity
- Strong technical skills, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Guidewire, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
