Job Summary
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a caseload of learners by providing outstanding teaching and learning. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of early years educators.

About the Role
The Personal Tutor will provide valuable and insightful feedback to every learner to stretch and challenge them and enable further professional development. They will also build and nurture strong relationships with our employer partners and ensure adherence to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to learners.
* Providing regular progress updates and feedback to learners and employers.
* Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may affect learners' progression.

Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* 20 days annual leave - increasing with length of service and a holiday purchase scheme.

What You'll Need
* A minimum of Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
* Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS, CET, Cert Ed, PGCE).
* Level 5 qualifications within the Early Years/Childcare sector.
* Proven experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
* Ability to travel and commit to in-person learner observations.
