Henry Martin Group is partnering with a leading tier 1 main contractor to find an experienced Project Lead to deliver a large-scale development in Reading.
This contractor operates across various sectors, including residential, education, commercial, and healthcare. The project involves a new build RC frame development valued over £100 million.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering new build RC frame developments valued over £80 million
- Tier 1 contracting background and experience
- Longevity within roles on the CV
- A natural-born leader who takes pride in their work
Responsibilities:
- Project planning and budget management
- Programme management and team coordination
- Risk management and procurement
- Regulatory compliance and quality control
- Client and stakeholder management
- Health and safety management
- Overall responsibility for the project
- Reporting to the Construction Director
Applicants should have a strong background in construction management and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a project from start to finish.
