Project People is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our creative projects and contribute to the success of our high-profile brands. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our campaigns, managing the expectations of internal customers, and coordinating multi-disciplined teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Creative Directors and Operations Leads.
- Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless production processes and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the creative and design process, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Take and interpret creative briefs effectively, and translate media schedules to facilitate the creative process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel creative campaigns.
- Strong background in advertising agencies, with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Excellent commercial tracking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working with stakeholders, creative teams, and producers, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- In-depth knowledge of the creative and design process, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Ability to take and interpret creative briefs effectively, and translate media schedules to facilitate the creative process.
