About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Your Life Your Way. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a young lady with learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with social and domestic living tasks, including medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and socialising. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and equipped to excel in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour for days, with a reduced rate for sleeping nights after training is completed. In addition to your salary, you will also receive paid annual leave, pension scheme entitlement, and the opportunity to gain a qualification in Health and Social Care.
