Production Engineer Role

We are seeking a Production Engineer who can drive efficient production flow, create Material Bills of Materials (MBOMs), and optimize layouts. The ideal candidate will have experience with delivering Design Specifications, budget management, and continuous process improvement.

  • Technical Leadership: Design, source, and commission production systems that meet delivery schedules and quality requirements within budget.
  • Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean techniques to reduce cycle times, streamline processes, and eliminate waste.
  • Equipment Management: Specify, install, and commission new equipment while managing contractor relationships and ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

For this Production Engineer position, you must have an HND or above in Engineering/Manufacturing, previous experience in Aerospace, Automotive, FMCG, or a similar environment, and a strong understanding of technical drawings and layouts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Manufacturing Engineering within an ISO 9001 environment and knowledge of APQP processes, including PFMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma, KanBan, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
