Lean Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lean Operations Specialist to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. As a Lean Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and improving lean methodologies across all production processes, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include conducting value stream mapping and process mapping, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing new processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with experience in lean methodology and project delivery. A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the chance to work with a talented team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
