About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Outpatient Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Service at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with diverse pelvic floor dysfunction presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, developing and delivering individualized treatment programs.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, relatives, and carers to facilitate a team approach to patient care.
  • Hold responsibility for your caseload, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Supervise, educate, and assess more junior physiotherapists.
  • Participate in evidence-based audit and contribute to the implementation of changes to practice or service protocols.

Requirements
  • Physiotherapy degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or equivalent recognized by the Health Care Professions Council.
  • Documented evidence of Continued Professional Development.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-registration experience as a physiotherapist in pelvic health physiotherapy.
  • UK NHS experience.
