As a Maintenance Engineering Apprentice, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex systems that monitor and control various aspects of operations. These systems include temperature control, water flow, and the operation of industrial equipment such as the Orion LASER system.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with advanced measurement systems to monitor and control various parameters such as pressure, level, flow, and temperature.
  • Utilize both hardware and software to design, automate, and maintain machinery and processes.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a range of systems, from everyday household appliances to cutting-edge industrial equipment. You will also develop a basic knowledge of Instrumentation and Control Systems and learn the associated skills.



Requirements:


  • A practical aptitude for engineering or technology
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Awareness of health and safety
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • A passion and motivation for this profession
  • Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above including Maths and English (Science desirable)
  • Applicants must be aged 16 or over due to security clearance requirements
  • You must be a British National to apply for a role with us.
