About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team at Peabody. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, advising on property conditions, and contributing to the planning of future maintenance works. This role requires someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive property assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with our maintenance team to prioritize and complete repairs and maintenance works.
  • Providing regular updates to residents and stakeholders on the status of maintenance works.
