Job Summary

About the Role

This HGV Technician vacancy involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and meet regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the service department and parts department to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a HGV Technician and be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. They will also have excellent mechanical knowledge and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing, repair, and maintenance of HGVs
  • Completion of job sheets and documentation
  • Liaising with the service department and parts department
  • Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a HGV Technician
  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge
  • A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial
