Job Title: Senior Ergonomics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ergonomics Consultant to support our growing business in various sectors, including Rail, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Clean Energy, and Defence. The ideal candidate will manage significant projects nationally and internally, developing a deep understanding of technical, engineering, and operational issues within diverse industries.

Risktec Solutions Ltd is an independent safety and risk management consulting and training company, part of the TV Rheinland Group. We provide risk and safety support to clients across multiple industry sectors, offering consulting, resourcing, training, inspection, and research and development services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide technical human factors support to colleagues and clients in areas such as:

  • Human Factors Integration and Engineering Support
  • HMI Design and Assessment
  • Safety Culture and Competence Management
  • Training Development and Delivery
  • Safety Case Support
  • Task Analysis
  • Quantitative Human Reliability Assessment

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree (BEng, BSc, or MSc) in Human Factors/Ergonomics or a related subject
  • Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF) or working towards CIEHF Chartered status
  • 5+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics experience
  • Flexibility to travel internationally (fully expensed)

Estimated Salary: £95,000 per annum plus bonus, annual pay rise, private health insurance, life insurance, and more.
