Job Overview

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human factors and ergonomics, with experience in designing and delivering training programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety procedures.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs on human factors and ergonomics
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics or a related subject
  • Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF) or working towards the award of CIEHF Chartered status
  • 5+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics experience
