About the Role

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Creative Design Executive to join their team. As a key member of the creative department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative design strategies that captivate audiences and drive brand success.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a marketing or design role, ideally within a creative or lifestyle sector. They will possess a strong ability to design creatives for diverse platforms, including paid ads and website content, as well as a flair for orchestrating photoshoots and UGC video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative strategies to engage target audiences.
  2. Create and manage AI-driven UGC videos and write engaging video ad scripts.
  3. Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
