Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our journey to win with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Customer Logistics Collaboration team to deliver customer service excellence, measured by leading Supply Chain KPIs such as Case-fill, On Time Performance, TAS, and LCCs.
  2. Create and drive the customer collaboration supply chain roadmap with internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated service and solutions for customers at affordable cost.
  3. Participate in local S&OP+ forums and feeder meetings, representing our strategic customer needs.
  4. Build collaborative customer relationships and engage associates to drive high-performance collaboration.
  5. Develop and implement best-in-class learning and development programs, including access to our in-house Mars University.
  6. Contribute to an industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
