About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Semi-Skilled Construction Operative to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team at Home Group Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.
  • Support our trades team across a range of repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishment tasks.
  • Site activities including clearing, disposals, driving, and storage of materials.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
Requirements
  • Experience in a range of semi-skilled work in a maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of building construction and building trade activities.
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
