We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Manager at a wonderful nursing home in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in overseeing the care staff and ensuring the provision of high-quality care. This will involve:
- Assisting in the management of operations within the home to achieve goals and objectives
- Supervising and training care staff in all aspects of their work
- Helping with pre-admission assessments of residents and ensuring their care plans are up to date
The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other organizations. They will also have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and be able to identify referral pathways for safeguarding adult/abuse.
