Temporary Finance Administrator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Support Finance Specialist to join our client's expanding team in Nottingham.
About the RoleThis is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent in the future.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the Data Protection Act and previous experience in maintaining admin systems.
Responsibilities- Create and process purchase orders and invoices accurately.
- Resolving customer queries and processing payments efficiently.
- Undertake accountancy and reconciliation duties to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Work collaboratively with the Payments Team to deliver excellent support services.
- Strong communication and customer care skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and similar systems is required.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ2 or equivalent are expected.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment is necessary.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8-9 till 4-5. While training, 8:30-9 start time. Once trained, there is the option to work from home 2/3 days a week.
Location: West Bridgford.
Job Type: Temporary.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,500 per annum depending on experience.
