Community Care Assistant

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team at Muve Homecare, providing high-quality care to young adults and children within their own homes or in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized support to clients with complex needs, including challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.
Candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle and be able to work independently in the community. They will engage in activities with clients, proactively deliver a person-centered approach, and maintain accurate care records.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with a CQC/Ofsted regulated care provider.
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
The role involves part-time work with flexible hours between 6-30 per week, including daytime, nighttime, weekend, and weekday shifts.
