About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housing Officer to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality housing management service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex tenancy issues, including property condition and ASB cases, in a proactive and customer-focused manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.
  • Provide information and guidance to customers to enable them to manage and sustain their tenancies.
  • Promote empowerment of customers to play an active role in shaping standards and services across GreenSquareAccord.
  • Support the Area Locality Manager at Locality Boards, as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a good general or technical education beyond GCSE level, with knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law. You will also have experience of tenancy or leasehold management and enforcement, as well as partnership working.

You will be able to demonstrate a record of delivering excellent customer service and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
