About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs, improvements, surveys, and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.
  • Undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing, and maintaining properties to a high standard.
  • Refurbish properties, including dwellings, garages, communal areas, and buildings.

Requirements

  • Qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Roofing, a Building related trade, or can demonstrate equivalent trade experience to perform the role.
  • A CSCS Card and asbestos awareness training would be desirable.
