Accounts Receivable Representative Opportunity

Waste Connections of Canada, a leading provider of non-hazardous solid waste management services, is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Representative to join their team in Windsor, Ontario.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers with delinquent accounts to collect balances via phone, fax, and mail.
  • Handle customer account reconciliations, adjustments, and credit history reviews.
  • Prepare and process AR reports and billing for assigned districts.
  • Liaise with sales representatives to review customer account statuses.
  • Perform additional accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma with accounting courses preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in collection of commercial and consumer accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
