Care and Support Specialist

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services. We are currently recruiting a Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Burnley.
We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays) with a flexible working week to suit your availability. Our benefits package includes ongoing training development, weekly pay, paid via PAYE or Umbrella, and a lucrative refer a friend scheme.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team supporting a young lady with Autism, Pica, and Epilepsy in her own home. You will be responsible for keeping her safe in the community, supporting her with daily routines, and assisting with preparing and cooking her favourite meals.
Your main duties will include:
- Keeping her safe in the community
- Supporting her with community involvement
- Prompting and assisting to keep a tidy home
- Maintain and support with daily routine
- Support with preparing and cooking her favourite meals
You will be required to have a Full enhanced DBS, up-to-date CV, and be able to work in the UK, showing relevant documents. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, we would love to hear from you.
