Year 3 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Dartford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

About the Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment. You will teach the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to groups of children while focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry
Helping children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories
Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents
