We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Dartford. As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in Year 1, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
