About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bradley Hall, a luxury care home that embodies the values of kindness and care. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents, providing high-quality care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a seamless care experience
